Join us on July 5th from 2-3:30PM for the Rappahannock River Yacht Club 4th of July Parade of Boats on Carters Creek. Welcome all patriotic sailors, boaters, friends and family. A fun-filled, informal, slow parade of flag and bunting festooned boats led by Grand Marshall Glenn Solt from RRYC past The Tides Inn and back to celebrate Independence Day in nautical style. Registration is not required for this event.

1:45-2pm: Participants rally and fall-in to parade formation in vicinity of RRYC.  Parade communications/control on channel 71.

2pm: Parade Starts

2-3:30pm: Movement to The Tides, U-turn upstream, return to vicinity of RRYC, parade ends, and participants disperse.
