Alamance County Balloon Festival is back!  Alcoverts is hosting this event to raise funds to support our local veterans and fund the building of the Chesnut Ridge Retreat campus.  We hope you will support this worthy cause by volunteering, participating as a vendor, purchasing tickets for employees, sponsoring the event, or attending with your family.

Balloon Schedule

7:00 AM - Breakfast with Pilots
7:00 AM - Media 2-3 balloons for live TV, radio, and possible flights
8:45-10:00 AM - Refueling open
10:00-4:00 PM - Static Display of Balloons (Tentative)
4:00 PM - Master briefing for pilots and crew in Pilot Tent
4:30 PM - Sponsor check in at Pilot Tent/ Match sponsors with Pilots
5:00 PM - Final Weather briefing in Pilot Tent
5:30 PM - Launch window opens for Balloon Sponsor Flight
6:30-7:30 PM - Tether Balloon for Sponsors
6:30-9:00 - Post Flight Balloon Sponsors Dinner
7:30-8:45 PM - Refueling
