Your Aquarium After Dark adventure begins as you enter the Aquarium after public operating hours and are greeted by a special animal ambassador. After the encounter, you will have a chance to satisfy your nighttime cravings at a pizza party with a creepy, crawly twist! You’ll learn about the eating habits of some of the Aquarium’s residents, including bugs and worms. You may even get to try one yourself – covered in candy of course!

Next, experience sunset under the sea in Shark Ray Bay Theater! Discover what the sharks and some of your favorite fishy friends do when the sun falls below the horizon and the moon fills the sky in a magical twilight reveal. Learn about animal nocturnal super powers – like enhanced night vision or sleeping with half their brain awake! Plus, you’ll get to meet another animal ambassador and learn how they are perfectly adapted for their adventures after dark.

Everything you learn throughout the evening will help you on your after-dark scavenger hunt. You’ll even receive a neon glowstick to use to light your exclusive twilight journey through the Aquarium.

Tickets are $49.99 per person and includes exclusive after-hours admission to Newport Aquarium beginning at 7:15pm and ending at 11:00pm. Pizza party, special scheduled activities and a self-guided twilight tour with scavenger hunt are also included with admission. Annual Passholders and Annual Members receive an exclusive discount.
