This year's theme, "All-Access: Empowerment through Expression," celebrates community, inclusivity, and accessibility within the arts and culture sector. artoberVA 2024 aims to inspire and encourage participants from all backgrounds to experience and express themselves in the rich arts and cultural community. A highlight of this year's theme is the curation of "Pay-What-You-Will" (PWYW) events. This initiative empowers patrons to contribute to admission at a price point within their means, fostering accessibility and inclusivity. Throughout October, CultureWorks is dedicated to providing and promoting opportunities for everyone to engage with and be inspired by the vibrant creative landscape within Richmond and the Tri-Cities.
