RELAY

Love to run, but can’t swim? Grab a friend, family member, or stranger off the street, and form a relay team! Any age or gender combination. Two or three members allowed.

AWARDS

1st, 2nd, 3rd Place for each age category for Men’s and Women’s. Overall Men’s and Women’s (1st, 2nd, 3rd). Relay – 1st, 2nd, 3rd – Men’s, Women’s, Mixed.

course details

You will start our sprint triathlon at our lake with a rolling start. You will swim a 500m course, then return to the starting shoreline to grab your bike (there will be a bike stand area).

The bike course will be 20 km in the outskirts of Millstadt, and after that you will ride back to the initial transition area to begin your 5 km run, again through the streets of Millstadt. *
