The Massillon Museum for a free Do the Mu workshop. Instructor Dawn Rohrer will teach program participants how to make candy corn decorations for fall. All ages and ability levels are welcome and all supplies will be provided. Guests can drop in anytime between 12:00 and 2:00 p.m.
Rohrer, who works at St. John's United Church of Christ, previously worked at Massillon Public Library. She makes art in various media, including acrylic and encaustic painting, candle- and soap-making, and fiber art. She is a proud Massillon resident.
Do the Mu is a free monthly hands-on intergenerational outlet for creativity. The Massillon Museum receives operating support from the Ohio Arts Council, ArtsinStark, and the citizens of Massillon. This workshop is funded in part by the National Endowment for the Arts.
