Event Schedule:

6:30 am - 7:30 am- Check-in, Packet Pickup, and Race-Day Registration online only if available (prices increased)

7:30 am- Pre-race briefing at Transition Area, after the briefing we will require ALL SWIMMERS to cross over the Swim timing mat before we can start the race

8:00 am- Olympic Races start (waves based on # of entrants)

8:30 am- Sprint Races start (waves based on # of entrants)

DISTANCES

Swim in the beautiful Atsion fresh water lake, bike on flat and fast country roads surrounding the lake, & run mostly off-road through the woods on trails. The bike course is the same for all events.

1500 meter Swim , 24.6 mile Bike, & 10k Run

Olympic Duathlon Distances

5k Run, 24.6 mile Bike, 5k Run

Olympic Aquabike Distances

1500 meter Swim, 24.6 mile Bike
