Wonderverse, Sony Pictures' immersive dining and entertainment experience at Oakbrook Center, is excited to launch a new school supply drive benefiting Enchanted Backpack, a charity dedicated to providing fully stocked backpacks to children in need. Guests who donate $20 worth of new school supplies by September 30th will receive a $40 Play Card for Wonderverse’s arcade and attractions, including escape rooms, virtual reality, racing simulations, and bumper cars. Donating a new backpack earns an additional $10 dining card. Enchanted Backpack, a 501(c)3 organization founded in 2018 by the family behind Alberto Culver and supported by the Lavin Family Foundation, focuses on providing essential learning tools for children and resources for teachers. Their innovative philanthropy includes initiatives like CC’s Wish List, the CAST Water Safety Foundation, and the “Feed It Forward” program, which supported local restaurants and fed those in need during the COVID pandemic.
