3pm FREE Cartoon Concert (find out which cartoon Prince and/or Princess, Superheroes and other cartoon characters will show up). Immediately following the show will be a meet & greet with characters.

5pm-7pm FREE Darrel the Balloon Guy

5pm Watermelon Days Raffle - front of Main Street Stage
(4 - $150 Cash Prizes as well as many more prizes - need not be present to win, but if you are, you get to "Pick your Prize" after the $150 cash prizes are drawn)
