Bob Fosse's Cabaret returns to the big screen! Winner of eight Oscars when it first released-including Best Actress (Liza Minnelli), Best Actor (Joel Gray), and Best Director-this wildly entertaining and thought provoking adaptation of the Broadway musical is utterly timeless. Inside the Kit Kat Club of 1931 Berlin, starry-eyed singer Sally Bowles (Minnelli) and an impish emcee (Gray) sound the clarion call to decadent fun while outside a certain political party grows into a brutal force. When Sally meets Brian Roberts (Michael York), a university student finishing up his studies, the two strike up a relationship despite Brian's uncertainty about his sexuality.
