For post-COVID Bay Staters looking to hit the reset button, connect with others, and increase their wellness and productivity while convening with nature, Zenathon offers a transformative full-day celebration dedicated to nurturing inner harmony and peace. Zenathon offers expert knowledge and insights through inspiring talks, interactive workshops, and activities. Created by  Sonya Masur, this celebration of peace is a response to a call for more harmony at home, school, and in our communities. Zenathon will be held from Sunday, September 22nd from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Everwood Day Camp (125 Lakeview Street, Sharon, Mass.).

“We are all connected,” said founder Sonya Masur. “As a healer, I see and feel people’s fear, anxiety, and stress every day. Zenathon is an opportunity to recognize that although our life is a marathon, we must find ways to enlighten and empower ourselves. Invest in yourself, and leave healthier, happier, and more at peace with yourself. Everyone needs a day of self-care, and Zenathon delivers expertise, experience, and networking in a beautiful woodland setting.”

For the first time, Zenathon provides a full-day experience offering 30 diverse and holistic experts sharing tools and techniques to help participants find their zen. Along with inspiring opening and closing ceremonies, event-goers can choose from an array of workshops and zen talks including a Zentalk by Chief Wunnanumwau; “Finding and Following your Calling” by Katherine McHugh;  Tai Chi and Habit Coaching, Drumming, Intuition 101, Biohacking, Sound Bowls, Rumi Poetry, ARTivism, Living Fully With Grief, Illuminate Your Inner Light, Help Us Help Nurses, yoga, and much more. The event offers a vibrant artist marketplace along with food vendors. Participants can join as many workshops as they like, or simply opt to walk in the woods or talk to a new friend.

Non-refundable tickets range from $99-$232; early bird tickets are available through August 31st. The outdoor event is rain or shine. Participants are encouraged to bring a portable chair, sunscreen, and a yoga mat. Food options will be available for purchase, or participants may bring lunch. Free parking and water will be provided. Visit Zenathon.org for details, or email [email protected].
