Set in scenic Little Bennett Regional Park, the Froggy Hollow 5 & 9 presented by Altra is a timed trail ultra event with 5-Hour, 5-Hour Relay, 9-Hour, 9-Hour Relay, and "More Than a 4-Miler" options. This trail race offers the perfect setting for new and veteran trail runners to push their limits and achieve their new personal best. All participants will complete the 4.3-mile loop through Little Bennett Regional Park in Clarksburg, MD. We’ll have a fully stocked aid station on the course with a variety of food and hydration options.

10 AM - "More Than a 4-Miler" begins

11 AM - Post race food and campfire at the Amphitheatre

1 PM - Timing stops for 5-Hour
