Oldham County Day is fast approaching and is ALWAYS the third Saturday in July. this year it’s July 20th! As we celebrate Oldham County’s Bicentennial Birthday, we are appropriately using the theme, “Celebrating 200 years!”, for our Oldham County Day celebration.

Two stages are set for a full line up of a variety of entertainment throughout the Entire Oldham County Day on Saturday, July 20, 2024, from 8:00am to 3:00pm, Bringing back last year’s talented musicians performing in the Food Court Tent Stage will be: Music Under the Stars Band starting the day at 8:00-10:00am, local favorite The Bottle Trees Band will play from 11:00-1:00pm, and Lil’ Jimmy Ritchey will take the stage at 1:15pm. A second stage near the Alley Loop at the corner of Walnut and East Main will feature recording singer/songwriter, Paige Allen from 12:00-1:00pm, and local vocal students of Music with Brandy at 1:15pm. Additional unconfirmed talent is yet to be determined on that stage. Also, the well-loved Oldham County Community Band will be playing at 1:00pm, location not yet determined. Crowd favorite Living Statues can be found posing here or there. keep your eyes open to see who they will portray this year! Accordion player Micah Arnold will be strolling the festival with his accordion. Who doesn’t love a Petting Zoo-we ALL do, and of course, we have one! Llamas and bunnies and a turkey, OH MY! The Louisville League of Mascots will also be seen strolling to pose for a picture or a high five.

Food trucks featuring all your favorite treats will be beckoning to your senses. Picnic tables are located in the covered tent. 

“Oldham County Day, it’s What we DO!” Project Guild is a volunteer, service-oriented group that supports community needs and charities throughout the year with the proceeds raised from this annual festival!
