The Farmington Valley Arts Center (FVAC) will be mounting an open call juried exhibit entitled "Common Threads" which will feature 2D and 3D artwork in response to the theme. It could be a literal interpretation by using fiber as the medium, or a recurring characteristic in the artwork, a representation of a personal or life thread, or a perhaps a metaphorical thread. All media, not only fiber, is welcomed!

Prizes will be awarded and the presentation will take place on November 2nd at 3pm at the opening reception.
