Summer's Last Hurrah is a free festival put on by the Rotary Club of Elgin and our sponsors to benefit local charities and scholarships for students.

Come out and join us for 2 nights of food, music, fun and community in South Elgin! Help support Rotary Club of Elgin's community giving. Raffle Baskets! 50/50 Raffles!
