Join the 32nd annual Swim Across America - Long Island Sound  open water swim to make waves to fight cancer on Saturday, July 27, 2024. This incredible and inspiring event attracts more than 800 swimmers, volunteers, supporters and spectators, and is Swim Across America's largest open water swim in the U.S. Established in 1992, Swim Across America - Long Island Sound has raised $25 million dollars for its local New York beneficiaries, including Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Columbia University Cancer Center, Cancer Support Team and Weill Cornell Medical Center. 

Swimmers of all levels, as well as land and water volunteers are invited to join the swim on July 27th in Larchmont, New York, and dive in and make waves to fight cancer. For those who prefer a less intense swim experience or for children, there is a 1/2-mile pool swim on July 27 at the site of the swim at the Larchmont Shore Club — or an additional 7 pool swims throughout Westchester County, between July and August.
