40 mile/25K trail run on single track and lake shoreline at Codorus State Park

The course is a 5.72 mile loop; 7 laps = 40 miles | 3 laps = 25K

Relay Teams can include up to 7 participants 

Start/Finish/Aid Station will be at Pavilion 1 

 Ultra start 7am ~ Relay start 7:45am ~ 25K start 8:30am

11 hour cutoff; course closes at 6:00pm

Course will be marked with surveyor’s ribbons/flagging
