Join United Way of Central and Northeastern Connecticut and Hartford Public Library in celebrating the 19th anniversary of Jumpstart’s Read for the Record®, a campaign mobilizing volunteers to read to students in the classroom.

Volunteers will read “Piper Chen Sings” by Phillipa Soo and Maris Pasquale Doran” in Hartford, East Hartford and New Britain classrooms.
