The Prince George's Cultural Arts Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit volunteer-led, mission-driven organization created exclusively to promote educational, cultural, recreational and other charitable activities in Prince George's County, Maryland and surrounding areas. The foundation promotes the cultural arts through music, drama, the fine arts, entertainment, and other charitable activities.

The cornerstone fundraising event of the Prince George's Cultural Arts Foundation is the annual Lake Arbor Jazz Festival, a five-day music event showcasing nationally recognized jazz artists and some of the top jazz and R&B musicians from the greater Washington DC and Baltimore areas. The festival draws a diverse audience of over 10,000 jazz lovers from across the region.

Proceeds from the festival support the Prince George's Cultural Arts Foundation's Scholarship Fund, which provides scholarships for books, tuition, room and board, to deserving college-bound students seeking to continue their education at a four-year college or university.

Program Accomplishments - $70,000 in scholarship awards have been awarded to 30 students since inception of the scholarship program in 2024.  College students have been awarded scholarships of $2,500 each to continue their education in the arts. In 2019, PGCAF established the Artist Material and Supplies Scholarship Fund earmarked for artists in need of art materials and supplies such as paint, canvas boards, pencils etc.
