8 AM - 4 PM: WYOCLIMBERS LOCAL YOUTH CLINIC . This clinic is geared towards Lander local youths that want to learn how to climb outdoors and is made possible thanks to local community grants. No Festival All-Access Pass (ticket) is required to participate. Meet at Lander City Park. Find the sign with your clinic name and gather where your instructors are!

9 AM - 6 PM: FESTIVAL REGISTRATION AT WILD IRIS MOUNTAIN SPORTS for t-shirt and swag bag pick-up, raffle ticket sales, and more! Plus, Sinks Coffee will be joining us in the morning with fresh brewed (iced or hot) coffee! Bring a mug and stop by! (Wild Iris Mountain Sports Store on 166 Main St.)
9 AM - 2 PM: VOLUNTEER PROJECT in Sinks Canyon. Join Sinks Canyon State Park and Wyoming Weed and Pest to help maintain the trails and areas we love. This project will focus on pulling thistle-weeds along the climbing trails. Please wear closed-toed shoes and long pants. All tools will be provided, and we will be out there rain or shine!

3 PM - 5 PM: RAB AND UPSLOPE HAPPY HOUR in the Wild Iris Mountain Sports parking lot. Join Rab for a start of the Festival Happy Hour, where they’ll be serving Upslope beer and bubblies to all ticketed attendees!

3:30 PM - Navajo Solar/Storage Sunrise Film Teaser with Kitty Calhoun. Navajo Mountain, on the largest reservation in the US, was the epicenter of the coal industry, and the land and health of the miners have suffered. Because of low-density housing and rugged terrain, 15% of the Navajos are not connected to the grid and do not have electricity. This poses extra hardship for the elderly, who rely on firewood to ward off the bitter desert winters.
In this presentation, Kitty shares a teaser from her new film and the transition to clean energy on the Navajo Reservation.
4:45 PM - Vulnerability is a Superpower with Marcus Garcia. It is okay to not be okay. In this presentation, Marcus Garcia shows a short film called “The Mentor” and bring down all barriers, talking about his personal journey after losing his climbing mentor and how it has impacted him to become a passionate mentor to others.
6 PM - Climbing Physics with Gokul Gopal of Skillzboard.Many climbers may know that carabiners and slings are rated for over 20 kN, a good cam placement will hold about 8 kN, or that the wires on small stoppers are rated for 6 kN or less. But what does all of this mean? This presentation will help you understand and estimate the forces on the most critical components of the climbing system: the climber, the belayer, and the highest piece of gear or bolt that's been clipped.

8 AM - 9 AM: LANDER YOGA COLLECTIVE: MORNING YOGA FOR CLIMBERS in front of the stage in Lander City Park with Evan Horn. Wake up and warm up your hips and shoulders in preparation for a day of climbing! Enjoy a morning class focused on increasing functional range of motion and increasing stability in the hips and shoulders. This class will combine traditional Yoga poses and functional movement exercises. Modifications are offered for all levels. No sign-up needed! FREE for everyone.

10 AM - 3 PM: AAC CLIMB UNITED BOULDERING MEET UP at the Rock Shop. Join the BIPOC Employee Resource Group at NOLS, Salt Lake Area Queer Climbers, Cruxing in Color, SLAQC, and Fat Senders for a FREE day of climbing and community.
We encourage participation from BIPOC and LGBTQ+ climbers within the community. Please note that this is not a guided session, and no official climbing instruction will be provided. That said, we will lean on authentic mentorship within this community. If you’d like to carpool, meet at 9:30 AM at the Lions Shelter in City Park. This event is FREE and you do not need a Festival ticket. Don’t forget to stick around for a post climbing stretch and yoga session with James DuPont next to the Lions Shelter starting at 5 PM.
10 AM - 4 PM: GO CLIMBING! Take time to explore the world-class climbing and the countless quality lines around Lander, WY! If you need help finding partners or a carpool, swing by the WyoClimbers’ booth starting around 9 AM. We’ll also be available to help answer any questions about where to climb and how to get there!

6:30 AM - Shuttle. Shuttle leaves from Lander City Park to Wild Iris - Main Parking Lot. Everyone else should carpool! All competitors must start and be present at Wild Iris Main Wall Crag parking lot.
7:00 AM - Fuel. Get ready for a full-day of red-pointing with coffee provided by Sinks Coffee and bars from Kate’s Real Food.
7:30 AM - Check-In. Put on your best costume and sign-up with a good team name! We’ll be hosting a pre-competition meeting where scorecards will be passed out. You MUST be present to compete.
8:00 AM - Limestone Rodeo Begins! Get ready to run! The competition starts with a Wyoming appropriate send off!
3:45 PM - Aid and Recovery Station. Refuel and relax! The hardest part of your day is over! Enjoy a nourishing and refreshing aid station thanks to Farm 2 Crag and Fremont County SAR.
4 PM - ALL SCORECARDS ARE DUE at the WyoClimbers’ booth at the Wild Iris Main Wall parking lot! You will be deducted points or disqualified, so don’t be late to turn-ins!

This morning session will focus on opening the hips, quads and hamstrings, while also providing poses to strengthen your core and improve balance. This class combines elements of vinyasa flow and yoga postures at a slow, low-intensity, to work up a sweat and tone your body. Modifications are offered for all levels. No sign-up needed! This is a special opportunity to experience the things we talk about first hand and to better understand more about the activity we love. Meet at the Lions Shelter at 9:30 AM at Lander City Park for coffee and a meet-and-greet and take the shuttle up to Sinks Canyon. (Please note - this is an invite only event.)

3:30 PM - 5 PM: ADVOCACY DAY SPEAKER SERIES: BECOMING A LOCAL LEADER at the Lander Art Center (285 Main Street). This year's speaker panel will be addressing how to become indispensable to your cause by leading through example. The idea is to equip people with the necessary skills to bring back to their respective area. Speakers include Mike Kusiek of Wyoming Pathways, MJ Greene - Executive Director of Lander Community Foundation, Cody Kaemmerlen - Board Member of AAC and Former Member of SLCA, and Alan Watts - “the father” of American sport climbing and steward of Smith Rock. Q&As to follow the speaker panel. Open to Public.
5 PM - 8 PM : WYOCLIMBERS COMMUNITY BBQ AND LAWN GAME Sat Lander City Park. Come join WyoClimbers for an evening of celebrating our local community. This event is free to all, but food tickets needs to be purchased separately.
