The 3rd Annual Low and Slow Festival is On!

The Low & Slow Festival is a one-of-a-kind, down-home, Texas block party-style gathering. This year’s festival will be held at Jack’s BBQ & Steakhouse in Algona. The shenanigans include live music by renowned national and local talent, an incredible menu including a whole smoked steer, chicken sh!t bingo, yard games, frosty beverages, and much more. Jack’s parking lot is transformed into an immersive full-fledged Texas BBQ and music festival experience.

Musicians
-Kitty Mae Band: Local country singer who performs some amazing covers!
-Fat Saturn: a Seattle rock and roll/blues cover band with TONS of energy.
-The Disciples of Patches: Local rock and roll cover band with an obscure twist.
-Andy Timmons: Jack’s cousin! A fantastic guitarist who has played as open acts for KISS and Alice Cooper. He has sold over a million records worldwide!
-Randy Hansen: One of the few musicians recognized by the Hendrix family for his Jimi Hendrix tribute. Plays with passion and conviction. An act you have to see!

Bring your own seating such as a collapsible camping chair! We will have a limited number of picnic tables and tables.
