From: Huckleberry FestivalThe Huckleberry Festival is held annually on the second full weekend in August. It began as, and still continues to be, an event that showcases handmade craft and artisan items. You will surely find something unique and special from our many wonderful vendors. The Festival also includes a variety of fun events, activities and entertainment for everyone.
Schedule of Events:
SATURDAY AUGUST 12TH, 2023
7-11:00am – Pancake breakfast at fire hall
8:30am – Run for fun begins
9:00am – Festival begins! Booths & vendors open
10:00am – Parade lineup (Behind park on Fir Street)
11:00am – Parade Begins
12:00pm – 4pm – Children’s Activity Pavilion
12:00pm – Live music by BS the Joker
12:30pm – Up The Creek jazz combo at Main Stage
2:30pm – Pie eating contest ~ Entry fee ~ Cash prizes!
3:30pm – Festival auction viewing
4:00pm – Festival auction begins
SUNDAY AUGUST 13TH, 2023
10:00am – Festival worship service at Main Stage
10:00am – Booths & vendors open
11:30am – Live music by LG Olver
12:00pm – Dessert judging contest begins / Jam & jelly contest judging to follow
12:00pm – 4pm – Children’s Activity Pavilion
1:00pm – Horseshoe tournament at the Pit ~ Everyone Welcome!
1:30pm – Live music by Debbie Metz
2:00pm – Jam & Jelly & Dessert contest winners announced! (Samples $1 while they last)
3:30pm – Noxon Pep Band Performs
4:00pm – Festival closes
