The 45th Annual Michigan Firemen's Memorial Festival will have some new and exciting events. Members of MFMFC have been gearing the Festival more towards Firefighter and EMTs. There will be more Emergency Vehicles, more Vendors selling various fire equipment, and a class offered by Michigan Propane Gas Association. There will also be a Versiti blood mobile for those who wish to donate. Extrication will again be offered again  sponsored by Holmato.  The other competitions will still be available. Search and Rescue at the Tower, Waterball, the "Bright Light Showdown will still be major events.

"Family Night" has moved back to Thursday Night. There will be Free Hot Dog Dinner, Demonstrations on Firefighting, using a fire extinguisher, and many more atractions. Rustic Camping is availble on the grounds and we are allowing generators
MFMFC members are excited to be able to add to the festival. Some of the popular old events have returned because of requests.

9:00 a.m: vendor check-In and set up
12:00 p.m: Vendors open booths (support vehicles must be removed)
2:00 p.m - 11:00 p.m: Refreshments in the Big Red Barn (must have picture ID)
3:30 p.m - 6:30 p.m: Family Fun In the corral
4:00 p.m - 7:00 p.m: Registrations in the Command Post Waterball, Search and Rescue
7:00 p.m: Bright Light Competition
9:00 p.m: 911 Memorial Parade Walkers may join in at Lake and 5th (Lights Only no Sirens)
8;00 p.m - 11:00 p.m: Music and Dancing in The Big Red Barn (Must be 21) (Badge and ID required)

12:00 p.m: Fire Apparatus Parade begins Parade ends at Training Grounds with Flag Raising immediately
12:00 p.m: Big Red Barn opens (picture ID required)
12:30 p.m: Search and Rescue Competition
1:30 p.m: Waterball Competition begins
1:30 p.m: Gray's Towing Demo
3:00 p.m: Gold Badge auction
4:00 p.m: Fire Burns and Demos
8:00 p.m: Money Raffle Drawing
8:00 p.m - 11:00 p.m: Music, Dancing, Socializing, and Cornhole in the Big Red Barn (Badge and Picture ID required)

9:00 a.m: Memorial Services Everyone Welcome
Memorial Services will be at the Statue on Robinson Lake Rd. This is hosted by the Michigan State Firemen's Association. There is also a placing of Wreaths by loved ones, Departments, Friends or other groups.
