Join us for Bloomington's only winter festival!

The fourth annual Freezefest will take place from Thursday, January 18 through Saturday, January 20, 2024. Gather your friends and family to experience exciting winter festivities.

Schedule:

Thursday, January 18, 2024:

5:00 pm - 7:00 pm: 2024 Chilly Cook-Off: The Chilly Cook-Off features chefs from our local community and gives you the chance to try samples and vote for your favorite chili. Tickets are $15.00 and includes portions of each of up to 24 chilis, complementary crackers, water, and tea. Interested in being a chef? Fill out the registration form by January 8. There is space for up to 24 chefs.

Saturday, January 19, 2024:

11:00 am - 7:00 pm: live ice carving demos by internationally-recognized sculptors, family activities, food truck and more at The Mill

6:00 pm - 10:00 pm: outside ice bar on Upland Brewing Company patio 

7:30 pm: B-Town Ice Battle on Upland Brewing Company outdoor stage (all ages). Watch the talented ice sculptors battle it out for the coveted Golden Chain Saw

Saturday, January 20, 2024:

10:00 am - 3:00 pm: live ice carving demos by internationally-recognized sculptors, family activities, food truck and more at The Mill

3:00 pm - 5:00 pm: Winter Palooza at the Switchyard Park - $5.00 per person
