With two grand tree lighting ceremonies, a half-million holiday lights, dazzling decorations and holiday activities, French Lick Resort is where the spirit of the season comes alive. West Baden Springs Hotel Tree Lighting:

It’s the true sign the holidays have officially arrived: the annual tree lighting at West Baden Springs Hotel. The ambiance of the hotel’s spectacular atrium and 45-foot-tall tree usher in the holiday season in grand fashion. Enjoy holiday music and Christmas carols and catch a special holiday light show after the tree officially lights up.

Our annual tree lighting ceremony at French Lick Springs Hotel truly captures the essence of the holidays. The festivities kick off with our Celebration of Lights, which includes the lighting of our grand tree, a fireworks display and a projection light show on the front of the hotel. Afterward, resort guests can enjoy the Santa's Workshop Party with children's activities, live holiday music and a meet-and-greet with Santa and Mrs. Claus.

Schedule:

6:30pm - 7:00pm: Celebration of Lights - Front Lawn

Lighting of the tree, fireworks show and holiday projection light show.

7:00pm - 9:30pm: Santa's Workshop Party - Event Center, Windsor Ballroom

Letters to Santa:

Visit us for your chance to write a letter to Santa! But hurry — the North Pole is a long way away, and it takes time to get there. Drop your letter in one of the holiday mailboxes by December 12, and we’ll make sure it gets to the North Pole for Santa to mail a response to your home in time for Christmas. Find the letters and holiday mailboxes at French Lick Springs Hotel, West Baden Springs Hotel and the Activities Center.
