1-6:30pm: FFA & Open Indoor Exhibits due
5:30 pm: 4-H Shooting Sports Contests - Shotgun & Parents shoot
6:30 pm: Supreme Cow & Ewe Interviews

July 27, 2023:

8:30 am: Indoor Superintendent & Judges Meeting
9 am: 4-H Fashion Revue & Fabric & Fashion (PACT) judging
9:00 - 11:30: Open & FFA Static Judging
11:30: 4-H & FFA Indoor Judges meeting
Noon - 3pm: 4-H Interview Judging
5 pm: 4-H Shooting Sports Contests - Air Pistol & Rifle for other show Participants

8am: Junior Rabbit Show - Showmanship, FFA, Jr, Int, Sr. 4-H, Junior Rabbit Classes
7am - 2pm: Hogs, cattle, sheep, goats & poultry due on grounds. (late fee for late animals)
8 am: Open eggs due in Poultry Barn
4pm - 7pm: Vendor set up
10pm: Barns Close - Curfew

August 1, 2023:

Building Open 8 - 8/Office Open 11 - 6
8am: Ultrasound Contest Meeting (EXT)
8:30am: StagePoint Ultrasound Contest - Order: Beef, sheep, goats, swine.
10am: Junior Poultry Showmanship and Costume Contest
10am: Supreme Cow preg. check
1pm: Albany County Fair Home Raised Shows - Order: sheep, goats, swine, cattle
Followed by 4-H cattle showmanship, Breeding cattle show
2pm: Rabbit Breed ID contest
5:30pm: Junior Leader BBQ
6pm: Breeding Swine Show, Boar then Gilt followed by 4-H Swine Showmanship
7pm: Dairy animal milk out deadline
10pm: Barns Close - Curfew
**Breeding swine released after show conclusion.

August 2, 2023:

8am: Junior Poultry Show - Market, & Breeding
8am: Junior Dairy Show - Dairy Goat followed by Dairy Cow
Following Dairy Show - Meat Goat
Showmanship - followed by Meat Goat Show - followed by Breeding Meat Goats
3pm: Pocket Pet Show
6pm: Junior Swine Show - FFA Showmanship & Market classes
10pm: Barns Close - Curfew
Non sale swine & goats released after swine show.
Sale consignment closes 1 hour after respective specie market show.

August 3, 2023:

9am: Junior Sheep Show - Show Order: Showmanship, Market, Breeding; Supreme Ewe
10:30am: 4-H Cat Show
4pm: Family Night at Fair; Sheep Lead
5pm: Pedal Tractor Competition
5:30pm: Over the Hill Showmanship
6pm: Rabbit Hopping and Agility
6:30pm: 4-H Fashion Revue Style Show
7pm: Corn Hole Tournament begins
10pm: Barns Close - Curfew
Non-Sale sheep released after sheep show.
Sale consignment closes 1 hour after respective specie show.

August 4, 2023:

7am: Cattle Women's Pancake Breakfast
7:30am: Supreme Cow - Phase 2
8:30am: Junior Beef Show - FFA Showmanship, Market, Phase 1 Supreme Heifers
TBA: Round Robin Showmanship -Show order: FFA, 4-H Small Animal & 4-H Large Animal
Sale consignment closes 1 hour after respective specie show.
3pm: (following Round Robin) - non sale animals released
6pm: Show me your Meat Smoker & BBQ contest with live music.
7pm: 4-H Junior Leader Dance
10pm: Barns Close - Curfew

August 5, 2023:

Building Open 8 - 6
7-9am: Non-Sale animal additional move out time
12pm: Barns Open for Buyers and JLS Buyers Appreciation Dinner
2pm: Junior Livestock Sale
3pm: Indoor Exhibits Released
Rabbit and Poultry released upon Superintendent approval. State Fair large animals released upon sale committee approval
**Access to barns will be limited at conclusion of sale.
