Celebrate new flavors and cultures at the World Food Festival on the Saturday of Founders’ Day weekend in Algona.
The Founders’ Day Committee is partnering with an emerging organization, the Latino Community Initiative, to offer this event during the community’s annual celebration. The event will begin at 4 p.m. on Saturday, July 8 on S. Dodge Street and music will begin at 5 p.m. The food festival will go until 7 p.m. or until the food is gone. The cost to attend is $5 per person.
Schedule:
4 - 7 p.m. (or until food runs out)
Music: 5 - 7 p.m.
Admission: $5 per plate -- includes sample servings from each vendor
