Other Ways You Can Help
It's National I Love Horses Day! Even though we think every day should be I Love Horses Day, we are excited to celebrate with you, our community of horse lovers. Today is the perfect day to spoil horses with a little extra love.
Thank you for caring about our horses each and every day as if they were your own!
We want to see you with your horse(s)! Share your favorite photo in the comment section of our NILHD post on Facebook.
Then give your horse a big kiss and an extra carrot today. He or she deserves it!
Sponsorship opportunities, from private family and friends tables to exclusive business/corporate packages (and everything in between), range from $500 to $7500. Sponsor tables seat 12.
Sponsor packages are designed to provide branding exposure at Boots & Bling, through advertising and public relations, as well as potential exposure at the ranch in Pilot Hill and the tack store in Shingle Springs. We can work together to develop a package most beneficial to your business.
For more details and pricing options, please click here.
Sponsorships aren't only for businesses!
Boots & Bling has sold out the past several years with upwards of 350 to 400 attendees. Table sponsorships are growing in popularity, and limited tables are available.

Auction Donations
The live and silent auctions have been one of the most important aspects of Boots & Bling, and they raise substantial funding for AAE’s horses and operations.
With your help, we can make this the most successful auction yet!
Ways to help:
Donate an item, experience or volunteer your professional service (This evening is a great opportunity to highlight your business with 350+ in attendance)
Contact your family and personal network of friends and business associates who may be willing to donate items/products, services, and experiences.
Join our Boots & Bling Auction team and contact businesses about donating items/products, services, and experiences.
Businesses do not need to be local. Vacation/destination items help make wonderful auction packages or baskets!
If you are able to donate to the auction, please complete and return this form. Find additional information here. If you have questions, please email us.
Volunteers Needed!
Boots & Bling is a big event, and we need help more than ever. AAE and the horses will benefit greatly from your help. We are kicking off our planning meetings next week, so if you're interested in helping out, please sign up below, and we'll be in touch in the next few days.
We need volunteers in the following areas: auctions, sponsors, dinner, decor, facilities, graphics, marketing, volunteer coordinator, ticket sales, social media, communications, and more. Please help if you can!

If you're interested in learning more, please email us.
Thank you to our volunteers for giving your time and talents to help the horses of AAE! We appreciate all you do.
Several daily horse care shifts are short-handed and need more volunteers. Our volunteer shifts are 8:30a to 12:30p and 3:00p to 6:00p. If you have been through our volunteer orientation, and you are interested and available, please sign up for shifts!
If you'd like to volunteer for horse care activities, but you haven't participated in AAE's New Volunteer Orientation and Basic Safety training, please complete a
