Capture Cape Cod: Glass Art

The Cape has a long, rich history around glassblowing and glassmaking. While Sandwich is the epicenter for this craft, a growing number of Cape communities have skilled artisans who skillfully shape glass into breathtaking pieces of art.

The Cape's ties to glassblowing can be witnessed in talented artists like Carolyn Ferrell from Graceful Fire Glass, featured in this video. Her studio is located at HyArts District's 50 Pearl Street.
