7:30 am Check in & Sift Rabbits & Rabbit Showmanship

8:oo am DEADLINE for RABBITS to be in line & on show grounds
Immediately Judge Rabbits Following Sift

2 pm – 6 pm Ag Mech Superintendent on Site

4 pm – 5 pm Check in & Sift Poultry

6:00 pm Judge Poultry
Followed by Poultry Showmanship

6:00 pm DEADLINE for AG MECH PROJECTS to be in place

10:00 pm DEADLINE for HOGS to be in place & in assigned pens

11:00 p.m. GROUNDS CLOSE - All Rabbits & Poultry
Must be off Show Grounds

TUESDAY - JANUARY 9th, 2024

6:00 a.m. GROUNDS OPEN – Goats & Lambs Move in Only

7:00 a.m. DEADLINE for GOATS to be in place & in assigned pens

7:30 a.m. Weigh & Sift Goats (Market & Breeding)
Immediately Following Goats Weigh, Sift & Classify Lambs

8:00 a.m. Weigh, Sift & Classify Hogs
Check Breeding Gilt Papers

9:00 a.m. Judge Ag Mech
30 minutes after Judging Ag Mechanics Awards Presentation

9:00 a.m. Judge Goats - Breeding followed by Market
Followed by Goat Showmanship
Following Judge Lambs
Goat Show Followed by Lamb Showmanship

2:00 p.m. or after Lamb Show Set up Swine Arena

4:00 p.m. or Swine Showmanship after Arena Setup Judge Breeding Gilts

11:00 pm GROUNDS CLOSE – All Goats & Lambs Must be off Show Grounds

WEDNESDAY – JANUARY 10th, 2024

6:00 am GROUNDS OPEN – Cattle may begin arriving

8:00 am Judge Market Hogs

10:00 p.m. GROUNDS CLOSE - All Hogs Must be off Show Grounds

THURSDAY – JANUARY 11th, 2024

6:00 am GROUNDS OPEN

11:00 am DEADLINE for CATTLE to be in place & in assigned stalls

11:30 am Weigh, Sift & Classify Steers
Check Breeding Heifer Papers

12 Noon All Ag Mech Projects must be off Show Grounds

2:00 pm Judge Breeding Heifers

3:00 pm Judge Market Steers
Followed by Beef Showmanship

10:00 p.m. GROUNDS CLOSE - All Cattle Must be off Show Grounds

FRIDAY – JANUARY 12TH, 2024

7:00 a.m. GROUNDS OPEN

8:00 am Lamb, Goat, Swine & Beef Skillathon Contest

10:00 am Barn Buddies

5:00 pm DEADLINE – Award Thank You Notes Due to Livestock Office (if not turned in you will NOT receive your award until Thank You Note is turned in)

5:00 pm Livestock Judging
Throughout the Day – Set Up for Auction

10:00 pm GROUNDS CLOSE

SATURDAY – JANUARY 13th, 2024

8:00 am Parade of Champions – Stage in Show Arena

8:00 am Buyer Registration Opens – Main Showbarn

10:00 am Auction Sale Begins – Main Showbarn
