Yoga with Susan

Susan Rodney will guide us through a gentle yoga practice suitable for adults. Bring your mat or a large towel. Bring any props you like to use.

Enjoy freshly popped popcorn and watch a movie on the big screen. This is a monthly event for seniors only.
