Harvest Market Fall Food Drive
Thank you all for your generosity in donating to the Harvest Market Fall Food Drive. We collected a little over four tons of food from all our campuses. All these items will be used to support members of our congregation, as well as those in the community to help them bridge the gap each month by showing them the love of Christ in a very practical way.

Due to this being an ongoing ministry, we continue to accept donations throughout the entire year. A list of needed items is located on our website and there are cards available at the Welcome Desk of our Crown Point campus.

Parent/Child Dedications

Parents have the greatest influence in guiding their child’s spiritual journey. At Bethel, we want to help parents disciple their children to know and love Jesus Christ. A Parent/Child Dedication is being held on Sunday, November 13 at our Crown Point, Cedar Lake, and Hobart/Portage campuses during the 9:00am and 10:45am services. If you are interested in dedicating your child, you must register in advance. Parents/legal guardians are required to attend one of the Parent/Child Dedication classes on Sunday, October 30 or November 6. Click the link below for more information and to register.

2023 International Go Trips
Bethel Church is grateful to serve alongside our global ministry partners through short-term opportunities known as Go Trips. These 7-10 day trips offer cross-cultural opportunities to serve, build relationships, and encourage local leaders who are sharing the love of Jesus. Flourish Work Day
A few weeks ago Pastor Steve shared an exciting development with our Gary Campus church plant effort. This new church plant will be called Flourish Church, and the Lord has miraculously gifted this new church with their own facility! A few weeks ago, Grace Baptist Church in Gary voted unanimously to merge with our new church plant by gifting their building and all assets to Flourish Church! This building is in good shape overall, but some clean-up and freshening up is needed. Therefore, we will have an all-church workday on November 12 to prepare this facility for Flourish Church. Bethelonians from all campuses are invited to participate, and people of all skill levels are welcome. The day begins at 9:00am, and lunch will be provided. Please register in advance so we can plan for food. We hope you will consider joining us as Bethel Church supports this exciting new work to reach the community of Gary.
