A full cast of colorful characters fills the lands with music, dancing, and more. With over 100 stage shows daily, varieties of foods and treats, and numerous artisan merchants with handcrafted wares, the Brevard Renaissance Fair invites guests to immerse themselves in a unique experience of History and Fantasy!

Ahoy me mateys, we be needin’ all hands on deck as we set sail for adventure! Would-be sea dogs are challenged by the Prince to bandy about their saltiest language in our “Talk Like A Pirate Contest”. We’ll also be judgin’ the finer points of how a lass fills in her corset at our “Bustier Contest.” Yarr!
Fantasy Weekend
January 13, 14, & 15, 2024
Dress to impress for Fantasy Weekend, where the only limit is your imagination. Join our “Cosplay Contest” to show off your hard work, or just have fun heckling Stormtroopers from a distance, secure in the knowledge that they will not be able to hit you. Strap on whatever weirdness you have in your closet, and don’t forget to set your phasers to “fun”!

Celtic Weekend
January 27 & 28, 2024
Fire up the pipes and tune the fiddle, for this weekend belongs to the Celts. Let Cu Dubh and The Jackdaws take you on a musical journey of rebellion and reminiscence, drink a pint or two, and perhaps show off your knees and well turned calves at our “Bonnie Knees Kilt Contest”.
Beerfest Weekend

Celebrate our grand finale with Beerfest Weekend! Savor local brews, indulge in craft beer tasting with Rover’s Way, and join in our beer chugging contest. Cheers to a great booze-up!
Saturday Knight Concerts
This year we are again brining you 5 amazing concerts, one each Saturday night. And, best of all, the concerts are now included with your fair admission. The concerts will begin at 7:30 pm, after the gates close.
January 6 - Syr
SYR (“sire”) is a Celtic Folk Rock band from Columbia, SC. Taking inspiration from Celtic history, stories and myth, SYR creates powerful songs with themes of battle, love and victory, celebrating the rich heritage of the Celtic Nations in a contemporary style with broad audience appeal. SYR’s reputation for a high-energy performance has made them a popular attraction for many Celtic festivals and events, building a following across the US and internationally. The band consists of siblings Kyle (lead vocals, guitar) and Laurel MacCallum (vocals & percussion), Kelly Vance (bass), Greg Vance (drums), and Worth Lewallen (fiddle).
January 13 - Sanctus
Four Tons of Carillon bells combine with a full symphonic metal band to create Sanctus. Featuring selections from bands like Evanescence, Nightwish, Snow White Blood, and Skillet, along with original heart pounding original selections, Sanctus will melt your faces with symphonic gothic metal.
January 20 - Screaming Orphans
Screaming Orphans are a chart-topping all-sister Celtic folk and pop band from Donegal. They are known worldwide for their award-winning sound combining original pop songs with a unique take on traditional Irish music. From an early age, the Diver sisters entertained international audiences around Ireland accompanying their mother, legendary céilí singer Kathleen Fitzgerald. The band has always defied being pigeonholed, having masterfully developed their own unique fusion of folk and pop. The sisters’ trademark spine-tingling four-part harmony and mastery of their instruments combined with their highly energized performances take audiences of all ages on an exhilarating and emotional musical journey. Screaming Orphans’ pitch perfect harmonies have led them to many collaborations on recordings and stage with artists such as Sinéad O’Connor, Peter Gabriel, Joni Mitchell, Baaba Maal, and Afro Celt Sound System. The band continues to tour and play extensively across America, Canada and Europe. January 27 - Gaelic Storm
Gaelic Storm is a Celtic band founded in Santa Monica, California in 1996. Their musical output includes pieces from traditional Irish music, Scottish music, and original tunes in both the Celtic and Celtic rock genres. The band had its first big break in 1997, appearing in the film Titanic and recording songs on the movie’s soundtrack album.
February 3 - Cassie and Maggie
Nova Scotian sisters Cassie and Maggie have been lighting up the world with their unique blend of traditional and contemporary Celtic instrumentals and vocals. Appearing on stages across North America, the UK, and Europe the sisters have enchanted audiences far and wide with lively fiddle, piano and guitar arrangements, stunning sibling vocal harmonies in both English and Gaelic, all complemented by their intricate and percussive stepdancing style.
