Happy Pride Month from all of us at GLIDE!
There's a lot going on this month; we're happy to be working to create a radically inclusive, just, and loving community mobilized to alleviate suffering and break the cycles of poverty and marginalization.

We hope you can join us at one of our community events this month!

Saturday June 10th –  Juneteenth Celebrations and Parade, from 9 am – 2 pm. Kick off the day with black-owned businesses, seasonal food and family fun at 9 am ... then meet at Market and Spear at 10:30 to march with the GLIDE contingent up to the Civic Center. (more info here)

Sunday June 11th – Glide Memorial Church Celebrations at 9 am and 11 am (also online) featuring some VERY special guest speakers, the Pride Team Fundraiser Cake Auction, and a meeting of the GLIDE Pride Team after the 11 am service. (Read more here.)

Also, join us after the 11 am service for a free walking tour of the Tenderloin and to learn about Glide Pride, with Tenderloin Mid Market Walking Tours. RSVP here for the free event.

Sunday June 18th – Glide Memorial Church Celebrations at 9 am and 11 am (also online), celebrating Fathers Day and featuring Guest Preacher Ramekon O’Arwisters. (More info here.)

Friday June 23rd – San Francisco Trans March; it’s time to unite, celebrate our diversity, and continue the journey towards equality and inclusivity for all. Meet us at Dolores Park to march together. (More info here.)

Saturday June 24th – San Francisco Dyke March; we will gather at Dolores and 18th Streets at 5 pm.  Look for the Glide banner and for folk wearing their Glide gear.  All are welcome to join us. (More info here.)

Sunday June 25th – Glide Memorial Church Celebration at 9 am featuring Lambert Moss, lead performer in Sylvester, The Mighty Real; then, San Francisco Pride Parade – at which we'll celebrate 60 years of Glide’s radical unconditional love, support and activism for and within our rainbow community. Sunday June 29th – "Celebrating Trans Pride: Accomplishments, Courage and Struggle" event at 6 pm, featuring Host Honey Mahogany, Ms. Billie Cooper, and Felanie Castro. (More info here.)
