From: City of BuckeyeDrowning Prevention Drill
If you spotted a helicopter at the Aquatic Center this past weekend, no need to worry folks! Buckeye Fire-Medical-Rescue conducted a drill to help lifeguards and first responders better serve the public in case of a water emergency. The drill played out perfectly and everyone at the Aquatic Center got quite a show. Thank you to all our first responders! Find the video of the drill here.
Be sure to sign up for an upcoming CPR & First Aid certification class so you can be better prepared for a medical emergency. Classes are June 23 and July 28 and
registration is now open.
