Sewer service is not a metered service like water.  The city generates your household sewer charge based off consumption from the November reading and ending with the reading in February*.  The new sewer average charge is calculated and billed on the April statement and becomes the sewer fee for the following 12 months.

Conserve and cut back on any unnecessary usage during this time.  Should you experience a leak during this time, you can apply for a sewer adjustment.  If you fill a pool over the winter, please turn in written notice of the approximate gallons of the pool for consideration.  Adjustment requests are due no later than May 31.
