FREE MOVIE in the PARK & SPOOKY Scout House in Glen Park

The City of Encinitas Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts Department invites you to enjoy a free Movie in Glen Park featuring the Addams Family 2 on Saturday, October 14 beginning at dusk with a pre-movie Spooky House at 5 p. m.

Come in costume for pre-movie fun in the Spooky Scout House for a trick or treat and help find Wednesday and Pugsley Addams in the Scout House. Gather your family, friends, and ghouly neighbors and don't miss out on this monster mash of free fun.

Bring your blankets, lawn chairs, food, and drinks to enjoy a picnic in the park but please no glass containers. We can't wait to scare you at this spooktacular Movie Night in the Park! Glen Park is located at 2149 Orinda Dr, Cardiff, CA 92007. The Scout House is located in the park.

Cooking up FUN this FALL!

ADULT HEALTHY COOKING CLASS Wed., Oct. 4-Nov. 29, 6:30-9 p.m. As adults concerned about good health, its clear what you put inside your body will manifest internally with results exhibited externally. Part 1 is a program where we will cook with colorful fruits and vegetables, chickpeas, cauliflower pizzas, citrus, salmon, and reduced fat products. Join us to expand your palate and skills!

KIDS DUMPLINGS AROUND THE WORLD Tues. Oct. 3-Nov. 28, 3:30-5 p.m. No class 11/21. International dumplings are delicious with various fillings and dipping sauces. Sign up and to savor it all!

FALL Seaside Day Camps!

Are your kiddos ready for some good old-fashioned fun? Seaside Day Camp will provide them with out of school time to be with their friends, play games, be in nature, meet new friends, and learn new skills while having fun!
