Design an activity badge that will be included in the upcoming Summer Discovery Challenge. The possibilities are endless, design a badge for cooking, sports, nature walks, etc.

Get out your crayons, pens & pencils and start designing. Be creative!

The contest beings March 1, 2023 and is open to students in grades TK through 12.

-Create an original badge using this form. Please print the form. Forms are also available for pickup at the Library by calling (626) 852-4891.

-Draw your badge design, list the requirements to earn the badge and give the badge a name.

-Only artwork inside the inner circle will be judged.

-Badges must be family-friendly.

-All entries must be the original artwork of the participant.

-Limit one entry per person.

-All entries will be judged on creativity and originality.

Winners:

-There will be two (2) winners chosen from grades TK-2.

-There will be two (2) winners chosen from grades 3-5.

-There will be two (2) winners chosen from grades 6-8.

-There will be two (2) winners chosen from grades 9-12.

-Winners will be announced by May 1, 2023.

-Winning badges will be included in the 2023 Summer Discovery Challenge.

Deadline for entry is Saturday, April 1, 2023 at 5:00 p.m.
