From: City Of Glendora

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT at their meeting held January 24, 2023, the Glendora City Council approved Ordinance No. 2075, which contains the changing of “Sidewalk Dining” to “Outdoor Dining,” throughout, to include both outdoor and parklet dining practices. The ordinance enacts the following regulations and polices:

This Ordinance includes standards and regulations set forth guidelines and procedures that have been deemed necessary to permit successful, long-term outdoor and parklet dining in the City, that are not currently explicitly stated. Such revised, and added, verbiage identifies and addresses regulatory nuances that presently exist in the Municipal Code, with the permitting of outdoor and parklet dining, regarding uniformity and the safety of residents and visitors in the Glendora Village. The ordinance also reflects administrative changes in application review and processing to better represent the needs and features of admissible outdoor dining.
