Parking Lot on the SE corner of Vista Bonita and Foothill (across from City Hall)

Pallet of pre-filled sandbags, while supplies last
City Corporate Yard / 1250 Saint Vladimir (formerly 440 S. Loraine)

Gate open to the public 7am-4pm, Monday-Thursday
Sand and bags and shovels to fill own bags
