From: Eli Whitney Museum And Workshop

In three weeks, we will welcome campers back to our campus at the Eli Whitney Museum & Workshop. Every year we strive to create camps that will engage new audiences, and we consider new ways to improve the safety of our campers and staff.

Challenges are inherent to creative exploration, yet they should not inhibit growth. We support our campers with a leader-to-learner ratio of 1:5. Participants in past programs know that safety glasses must be worn during all workshop activities. Hearing protection must be worn during hammering or when other loud equipment is being used. Our policies and procedures are designed to ensure the safety of all participants and foster an environment conducive to learning.

Please take a moment to review our policies and procedures regarding the safety and well-being of our participants.

We look forward to another fun-filled, adventurous, creative summer!
