On Aug 28th, Governor Tina Kotek issued a statement in response to the September revenue forecast:

“It is encouraging to see that our economy continues to be stable, with healthy workforce participation in key sectors. The forecast urges an emphasis on core programs and holding our ground on Oregonians’ top priorities.”
