From: North Carolina Governor Roy CooperRALEIGH, NC -- On Aug 29th, Governor Roy Cooper announced that the State is offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the murder of Jaishon Banks, age 36.
On June 26, 2019, officers responded to a vehicle collision at the 1900 block of Merritt Drive. Upon arrival, officers found Jaishon Banks, inside the vehicle. Mr. Banks was deceased after suffering a fatal gunshot wound. His death is being investigated as a homicide.
