During months with a 5th Sunday (January, April, July, October, December) we will have a combined Sunday school gathering during the 11 o'clock hour in the MAC to serve as fellowship time for our congregation.
All classes and ages are invited to attend.

Sunday, April 2: COFFEE AND DOUGHNUT SALE!!!
We will be selling coffee, GCBC mugs, and Krispy Kreme Doughnuts (individual & by the dozen)
All proceeds go towards GCBC missions!

NEIGHBORHOOD BLITZ
We want to invite our neighborhoods to join us for worship on Easter Sunday, April 9th.
Door hangers are located in the Sanctuary or the MAC Lobby.
Please take at least five home with you to place on your neighbors’ door knobs starting April 1st.
Hopefully, many of our neighbors will want to come to our church and celebrate with us.
Let's be the hands and feet of Christ and welcome our neighbors to experience the Resurrection of our Lord by attending worship with us.

LET'S BLITZ OUR NEIGHBORHOOD!

We have a really cool event coming up on April 8th that you should share with all your friends!  Come and decorate a cake for Easter with us!

We will provide everything you need to learn some decorating tips and tricks at 12 noon (completely optional) with tools provided.

Then at 1pm we will start a 90-minute decorating session with two 8" round white cakes provided per group/family.  Stack them, make bunny ears and face, make an Easter snowman - TOTALLY UP TO YOU.

Beginning at 2:30pm, judging will take place!  Categories like most creative, most inventive, and best technical skill will be voted on, and there may even be prizes!

Piping bags, tips, food coloring, icing, cake bases, sprinkles, etc. will all be provided.  If you'd like to bring anything else to add to your creation, please do!  At the end, you are welcome to take your cake home, or donate it to a local helping organization.

On the 15th, we will also take donations towards the Biscuit Fund - a fund that helps support animals in need in our community.

We look forward to seeing you on April 15th, but you can also donate before then - cat and dog food, treats, blankets and towels can be dropped off in our MAC lobby
All donations will benefit a number of our local shelters including Angels of Assisi, Franklin County, and the Salem Animal Shelter.

Be sure to share with your friends and come on out on April 15th!

There are still copies of our Lenten devotional available on the table inside the awning door and in the MAC lobby.
Let us know if there are any that need to be delivered!

There are opportunities to be involved and serve our church.

Our youngest ones need you to help their faith grow and flourish by creating a welcoming environment for them in our church nursery. Volunteers are needed for both the 10am worship service and the 11am Sunday school hour. There is a TV setup to be able to tune into worship services while holding babies or playing with little ones.

Our MAC needs some additional help as well. Do you have a couple of hours in the evening that you can be present in the MAC Lobby to welcome those using our facility? You can work on a puzzle or read during your shift, we just need you to be there.
