Holiday Lights Returns for the 2022 Season

Enjoy hundreds of thousands of spectacular, glimmering lights during our longest Holiday Lights season ever! It's just not the Holidays until you visit Holiday Lights at Lake Compounce. Visit as much as you'd like with a Season Pass.

Holiday Lights provides unique festive entertainment for all ages. Holiday Lights will run every Friday, Saturday and Sunday November 19 - December 24, plus Monday - Saturday, December 26-31 to say goodbye to the holiday season.

2022 Silver, Gold, and Platinum passes and 2023 Gold and Platinum passes include UNLIMITED admission to Holiday Lights.

Ellie's Elf-tastic Activities:

Meet Elf Ellie and the rest of Santa's helpers throughout the park for a variety of activities

• All-New! Kyle's Holiday Dance Party - Dance the night away with your favorite Lake Compounce characters including Kyle the Crocodile, Pidi the Penguin, Gingy the Gingerbread Man, Trixie the Triceratops and more in Kiddie Land.
• Meet & Greets with Santa - The big man in red himself will be making a stop at Lake Compounce every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 5:00 p.m. -8:00p.m. in the Starlight Theater, stop by for photos and to share your holiday wish list November 19 - December 23.
• Letters to Santa - Santa's making his list and checking it twice. Meet Elf Holly in the ballroom to write your very own letter to Santa, you may even get a response back before the holidays are over!
• Balloon Twisting - The infamous Rob the Balloon Guy returns for the 2022 Holiday Lights season! Enjoy free balloon art at Timberjack Chowhouse Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays throughout Holiday Lights
• Stuff-A-Bear - Elf Cinnamon will be teaching guests how to make their very own holiday bear at our all-new Stuff-A-Bear location across from Down Time

• Make Your Own Snow Globe - Meet Elf Cupcake in Chuckles on Main Street to learn how to make your very own snow globe
  *available for an additional charge*
• Personalized Ornaments - Elf Rosie and his friends will help you make your very own ornament this season. Located in Surf Shop across from the North Pole Express

Frosty Festivities

November 19:
Opening Night of Holiday Lights! Get into the holiday spirit with Jenny Boom Boom of Hot 93.7 and Symphonie Privett of Fox61 earlier than ever this year. Join us as our special guests relight CT's Tallest Christmas tree!

November 25-27:
It's the season of giving, celebrate with us as we collect canned goods and nonperishable food items for local food banks. Get $5 off parking for Holiday Lights, when you bring an eligible food item.

December 2-4:
Show us your best ugly sweater! Nothing spreads holiday cheer quite like that sweater from your grandma's closet, bust out your best ugly sweaters, sip on hot cocoa, and get in the spirit of the season with us.

December 18:
Pawliday Lights returns for another season. Bring your furry BFF for photos with Santa, pup cups, and more. Plus meet and greet with volunteers from the Meriden Humane Society, donate to a doggo in need, and so much more.

December 16-18:
Don't miss Gingerbread Weekend! Indulge in delicious gingerbread themed food & beverage offerings - available during this weekend only. Plus, build your own gingerbread house and decorate gingerbread characters.

December 26 - December 30:
The Holidays aren't over yet. Join us for one final week of Holiday Lights as we close out the 2022 season.

December 31:
Kid's New Year's Eve presented by Pepsi returns to Lake Compounce! We're ringing in 2023 kids style with a bubble dance party, juice box toast, and our final fireworks show of the 2022 season. Meet us at the entrance of Crocodile Cove from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. to dance the night away with a professional DJ & your favorite Lake Compounce characters as we countdown to 8:00 p.m.

Holiday Lights Activities

• Select children's and family rides open (unless weather is prohibitive)
• Nightly appearances by special costumed guests
• Face painting, snow globe making, plus many more fun seasonal activities for the whole family

• Themed foods and drinks for the entire family

Attractions:

The following rides will be open for Holiday Lights. Each ride will open and close with the park. Fridays are from 5:00pm to 9:00pm. Saturday and Sundays are from 3:00pm to 8:00pm. Each ride is weather dependent as some rides cannot operate in cold temperatures.
