Silk Painting
Explore various methods of applying color to silk with beautiful dyes, as well as resist and experimental techniques. This two-day workshop includes an introduction to tools and supplies used in silk painting. Participants will learn about stretching the silk, color mixing and blending, creating texture, and abstract designs. No experience necessary. Additional materials kit fee of $80 is payable to the instructor and includes a take-home frame. Inst: Alice Burger. Ages 18 +.

Teen Culinary Workshop: Beef Roast
Develop your culinary skills through exploring fun recipes and cooking techniques. In this course, teens will learn to make a classic beef roast. Inst: Bryan Estrada. Ages 12–17.

Last Chance to View All Media Exhibition
All Media 2022
This is the last week to view All Media, an exhibition featuring 56 local and regional artists whose artworks engage historic and contemporaneous themes.
Works selected for this year’s All Media exhibition span painting, sculpture, printmaking, photography, fiber, video, and mixed media. All Media will be on display through this Saturday, October 8.
