HELENA, MT - On August 29, 2024, Fox News reported that college athletes in Montana are being offered thousands of dollars to endorse U.S. Senator Jon Tester’s re-election bid through Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) deals.

“Montana college students know that Jon Tester voted to let men compete in women’s sports. That is not common sense, and it’s wrong for Montana. I am proud to see young patriots in Montana turn down these desperate attempts by two-faced Tester and his lying, liberal allies. Montanans are sick of Tester’s phony act, and we will vote to retire Tester and send Tim Sheehy to the U.S. Senate,” said Don “K” Kaltschmidt, Chairman of the Montana Republican Party.
