Schools and Libraries
November 30, 2022
From: Jonathan Trumbull LibraryDear Reader,
Don't rely on Santa to bring you all of your books; Come to the library instead. This is our first holiday season in our new building and we could not be happier. There are newly released books, movies, and games. We have craft days and take and makes to bring home.
Our calendar is full with yoga and tai chi. Dungeons and Dragons is back. You can also play chess, Magic the Gathering, Warhammer 40K, or wargame with historical accuracy. Join us for music after the tree lighting, First Friday Fam Jam, and Read Rock and Rhyme. We have Cartooning online. Poetry in person. Hula Hooping to keep the blues away with Judi Ann Jones, the ENERGIZER. Play groups, story hours, read with a turtle, read with friends, read by yourself with others or alone.
We have a wonderful building and we are grateful to you, the library community. We will have the World Cup playing on the big screen every day at 2pm.
Merry Christmas. Happy Holidays. And a joy filled New Year to you all.
