This Saturday, March 18th
11am - 12:30pm

Have you been wanting to create a space at home for your meditation practice? In this workshop you'll learn all the practical aspects of setting up a meditation space at home: the parts of a traditional shrine, how to make beautiful offerings, information on meditation cushions and posture, tips on how to deal with sound issues and more. You do not need to have a lot of space to make a functional, beautiful, and beneficial place to focus your mind and get peaceful at home. Join us.

Everyone welcome.
Meditation has many benefits including stress reduction, increased capacity for joy, and a more satisfying relationship to self and others. This Spring, we invite you to deepen or re-commit to your meditation practice.
Designed to accommodate our busy schedules, lunchtime classes are 30 minutes and a wonderful way to connect with the peace that is available to all of us, any time of day.
Join us the week of April 3rd—all lunchtime meditation classes will be offered free of charge. Invite a friend, all are welcome and no meditation experience is necessary! Lunchtime meditation classes are held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12:15 - 12:45pm and led by Meditation Teacher, Eve Miller.
Increasing Our Compassion
Nyungnay Fasting & Purification Retreat
Saturday, April 8th
With Resident Teacher, John Baker
Nyungnay is a special retreat which is done in conjunction with the Buddha of Compassion spiritual practice. Through fasting and physical prostration we can understand the sufferings of others and increase our compassion for them, as well as purify our own negative karma. On the day of this retreat we abstain from all meals except for a vegetarian lunch and drink only water.
To learn more and register, visit our Special Events page. Everyone welcome.
