CHICAGO - On August 22, 2024 Night, Kamala Harris will address the Democratic National Committee, days after the party approved a platform referencing Joe Biden’s second term more than 20 times. Meanwhile, Harris continues to shy away from her leading role in the Biden Administration as vice president while refusing to address her own policy positions and priorities.
